The rules for using SAIGONNIGHTLIFE.VN, including our booking assistance and no-show policy.
By accessing or using SAIGONNIGHTLIFE.VN (“we,” “us,” “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. SAIGONNIGHTLIFE.VN is an information and booking-assistance platform for nightlife venues, events, deals, and artists in Ho Chi Minh City. We help you discover venues and submit booking requests to them — we are not a venue operator, event organizer, ticketing platform, or payment processor, and we do not guarantee that any venue will accept a given request. This Service relates to venues that serve alcohol; you must be of legal drinking age in Vietnam (18 or older) to use it.
Please note the following about how bookings and payments work on this Service:
No Payment Processing: we do not collect, process, or store any payment information. All payments for tables, tickets, or services are handled directly between you and the venue, on-site or through the venue’s own channels — we are not responsible for payment disputes.
Booking Requests Are Not Guaranteed: when you submit a request through our Service, we forward it to the venue as a courtesy; it becomes a confirmed reservation only once the venue confirms it.
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy: if you do not arrive by your reserved time, we (or the venue) will try to reach you; if you can’t be reached or don’t arrive within 15 minutes, the booking is treated as cancelled. If you’re reached and confirm you’re running late, the venue may hold the booking for up to 30 minutes beyond the original time, at its discretion.
A few important points about the information we display and who is responsible for what:
Venue, event, deal, and artist information is compiled from publicly available and official sources and refreshed periodically; we aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it is complete or current at every moment. Any venue, organizer, or artist who wants information corrected or their listing removed can contact us at contact@saigonnightlife.vn.
We do not own or operate any listed venue and have no control over venue premises, staff, security, or the conduct of artists or other patrons. Any incident, dispute, or issue occurring at a venue is between you and that venue — SAIGONNIGHTLIFE.VN bears no liability for it.
Some pages may include affiliate links (for example, to fashion products on Shopee); we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you, and we are not responsible for third-party product quality or pricing.

You agree to indemnify SAIGONNIGHTLIFE.VN against claims arising from your misuse of the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam; if the Vietnamese and English versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails unless prohibited by law.
